When you are viewing an email message, this area will appear below the Direct Read Email toolbar. A status message will confirm that you are in a "View Message" mode, and several message options will also appear in this area, which are described in further detail below. If you have any questions about the Direct Read Email interface that cannot be answered by these Help pages, please contact support@newsguy.com.

 Toolbar Help Tips:

View Message: This indicates that you are currently viewing a specific email message.

Reply: If you select this option, you will be directed to an area where you can compose and send a reply to the message you are viewing.

Forward: Rather than reply to an email message, you may want to forward the message to another person or email address. This option allows you to do that.

Header: This option allows you to view the header details for a specific email message. In some cases you may want to locate where a particular email message originated from, and the header details will provide those types of details.

Encoded: By default, Direct Read Email will automatically decode file attachments that are sent to your email box. This could be a photo, video clip, music, or any number of file types that are commonly exchanged through email. If you do not want Direct Read Email to decode a particular file attachment, simply click the "Encoded" option to view the file in its raw or encoded state.
