Within  the description of bandwidth, storage and functionality, the monthly charge is all inclusive. There are no setup or startup fees. Sites are billed to the customer's credit card when a site is first opened, then again on each monthly anniversary, or until the customer closes the account. Charges for closed accounts are prorated. Approximately 3 days before a customer's card is charged, an invoice is e-mailed to the e-mail address of record. It is the customer's responsibility to maintain a correct e-mail address with the service. The invoice will state standard charges for  the coming month, as well as any additional fees that may have been incurred for exceptional bandwidth or site space approved by the customer during the ending period.

Sites may grow to a level not anticipated by the site operator, and as a result customers are able to increase the number of Email Boxes within their account, as well as their Storage and Data Transfer Capacity, simply by contacting our support staff with their upgrade request.
